Pursuant to Article 13.1-2 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (general regulation on data protection) (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”), we hereby inform that:

We will process your data:

  1. in order to conclude and perform the agreement – to sell products and also to open and manage your account, handle applications which you submit to us, enable you to benefit from all the services and functionalities connected with the account; the grounds for processing: the necessity of data processing for account registration and agreements implementation;

  2. for marketing purposes; processing grounds: expressed consent;

  3. or possibly for seeking claims pertaining to the agreement concluded with you; processing grounds: satisfying the legitimate interest of the Controller, which is the possibility of seeking the claims by the Controller;

  4. for archiving purposes (evidence); processing grounds: implementing the legitimate interest of securing information in the event of the legal need for demonstrating facts.

Your personal data may be disclosed to the following categories of entities: Your personal data may be disclosed to third persons for the aforementioned purposes / including marketing purposes/, if you express your consent to specific marketing purposes, for which the disclosure of data is indispensable. Furthermore, your data may be provided to entities processing personal data at the request of the Controller, i.a. IT service providers, entities processing data for the purpose of debt collection, entities rendering accountancy services, legal services, entities providing marketing services, which process data based on the agreement concluded with the Controller.

  1. We do not disclose your data beyond Poland/European Union/European Economic Area.

  2. We hereby inform that as part of your personal data processing we do not take decisions by automated means and your data are not profiled.

  1. Your data will be processed until the obligation of data storage, arising from the common law, expires or claims on the grounds of agreements concluded with us are subject to prescription. Wherever we process personal data based on the legitimate interest of the Controller, personal data will not be processed for a specific purpose, if you oppose such processing, unless, in accordance with the GDPR, there will be no grounds for the cessation of data processing. If we process data based on your consent, your personal data will be processed until it is withdrawn.

  2. Your rights:

  1. You have the right to access the content of your data and the right to rectify them, delete, limit their processing, transfer your data, submit your objection, withdraw your consent at any time without effects on conformity with the right to process (if processing takes place based on the consent), which was performed based on the consent before its withdrawal; in particular, you have the right to oppose your data processing for the purposes of direct marketing, including profiling and for analytical purposes.

  2. Providing data for marketing purposes is voluntary.

  3. You have the right to file a complaint to a supervisory body – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office or other competent supervisory body, if you believe that we process your data unlawfully.

  2. in the remaining scope under Article 6.1(a) of the GDPR, i.e. on the basis and within the consent provided by you for processing your personal data.

Your personal data may be disclosed to the following categories of entities: Your personal data may be disclosed to third persons for the aforementioned purposes /including marketing purposes/, if you express your consent to specific marketing purposes, for which the disclosure of data is indispensable.   4. We will process your data in the agreement term and upon its termination, until possible claims arising from the agreement are prescribed. In the event of data entrusted under the consent expressed – they will be processed until the consent is withdrawn.
